Customer satisfaction is our number one priority here at Weekl.ie. If you are at all unsatisfied with the quality of a product, just let us know within 3 days what the issue is and we will refund or replace as soon as possible. At Weekl.ie, we're a no-quibble satisfaction guarantee policy kinda bunch! Please email chris@weekl.ie if you've any issues with a product.
Refunds are processed immediately, but it may take 5-10 business days to see the funds in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank.
